trump has taken at least 4 MoCA exams - they ONLY give those to people suffering from dementia in order to track the progression of that disease. He claims he gets "perfect scores" because they tell him only what he wants to hear. There is no such thing as a "perfect score" on a MoCa exam.

Dementia literally eats holes in the brain - there is no reversing it. There's no treatment. trump is probably receiving experimental drugs, via IV, that slows down this progression - possibly makes him more lucid for short periods of time.

Frontotemporal dementia. We actually saw the early symptoms in his first term - that forward lean he used to have. That was FTD.

And his "weave"? That is dementia. He grifted you all into thinking that was his "style." No. That is dementia. He cannot stay on one train of thought - always veering off on tangents.

Have you not noticed there's no talk of an infrastructure plan, jobs act, nor health plan? Something ALL previous presidents always bring to the office.

trump can't - he cannot process complex thoughts anymore. So he talks about simple things - Biden, Obama, Iran "cannot have a nuclear weapon", and bashing Democrats. Those are memories he retains because they're simple and long-term. Dementia patients retain long-term memories much longer than short-term memories.

Which is why he should not be president. He's not focused on America - only on himself. His vanity projects. And his admin is scurrying around thinking of ways to help him make more money. Not help Americans.
