@CGI_Bghm I cannot thank Sonia enough who today helped me resolve a passport issue that has been ongoing for months. She went above and beyond, was professional but friendly and did her utmost to help me. She is a gem and I'd like her to get the recognition she deserves!
@British_Airways Two weeks and my issue has been ignored. Don't understand how such a "well respected" airline with years of service don't know how to respond to customers? Terrible, will never book with BA again.

@British_Airways disgusted with your service, booked a long haul flight, paid in full & after being told flights have changed:have rang repeatedly and got through to people who refuse to help or advise. Missed connection that won't be taken into account and no-one to speak to!!!!
