I'm grateful for being #essential, but this isn't helping much. Hours at my job have been cut due to Covid. I went from 40 hours to 20 if I'm lucky. I'm struggling. $19 is all I have gotten for the last 2 weeks. Thanks U.S Govt. For neglecting the people you serve. Good job. 😡

Honestly, being in the pharmaceutical industry is nice. Until Covid-19 shows up to the party. I have to keep going to work because my job is a vital industry. 😕 y'all pray for the ones who still have to work through this pandemic, we're not okay mentally.

@walking_north Something that helps me when I'm feeling stressy about a book, is a nice cup of hot cocoa, and some softer music. I usually listen to the music and drink my cocoa and by the time I'm done, I feel a bit more grounded. Maybe there's something similar that can be your thing?
