Tried calling @BlueDart_ @BlueDartCares today from jio. 3 numbers listed on call us page. 18602331234 does not connect, 02262601234 says all routes are busy and 04466344600 says number doesnot exist. This is the state of customer service they offer.

As @Swiggy prepares for ipo looks like they have forgotten customer service. Placed instamart order last evening, it was auto refunded within 10 minutes and now today morning i again place new order and now they auto regund it after 15 minutes. Just waste of time.

@TRAI Got call from 9997567640. It was IVR calls that said call was from TRAI and was surely a fraud call saying my number will be blocked. Pls stop such fake calls sent in your name

@suumitshah i am a customer of dukaan app. I have sent many mails about kyc to support but no reply. Now my payments are also on hold. Looks like you guys have stopped solving issues and this has affected my business. Can you get someone to contact us and resolve the issue?
