@mtpennycook Agree but it's a Labour council running the Borough of Greenwich though? I've only seen them selling council owned properties (Inc heritage sites like the Arches leisure center and the Carnegie library) and only reconstructing 1 set of houses (Taran Gardens near Mell St SE10)

@SamsungUK The original appointment I was provided with I was notified at 537pm when the 3rd party's office had closed for the day (at 4pm) and was for the next day at 1130 (i.e less than 18 hours notice + my partner couldn't get time off work to cover me either)

@SamsungUK absolute shambles of customer service... Washing machine broken and 7 week old baby. Just allocate to a third party who have provided an appointment 3 weeks away. Are you kidding me? Just spent an hour on the phone to be told your complaints department has closed?!

@SamsungUK Not withstanding there has been very little accomodation of commitments I have - eg the Monday 26 June is also when I'm not available as my baby has his 8 week checks and vaccinations (1 week late) and GP cannot change anymore, so this likely means more delays?!?!
