@Se_Railway you really need to get air con on your trains! Had to help this woman onto a seat as she was on the brink of passing out. It's awful and not well designed for heatwaves and with how much we all pay we deserve to travel safely and in comfort when we are coming home.

@Se_Railway We aren't going to lie are we. Everyone else was also complaining heating is on and no air con. There were so many tweets yesterday. Morning trains are lovely and breezy. Drivers need to make sure its on before departure
