I raised a request to return the item since it was ordered by mistake. It was a completely unused item. There was no seal or packing on the box when I received it.

This is an everyday scenario under the Gotri Bridge. Both side of road has been dug up recklessly since last 15 days, there is no convenience for traffic & most of the time there is no work going on as well But do we common citizens have any option? @CommissionerVmc @VMCVadodara
