my Tour M2 headphones are stuck in a brutal Bluetooth crash loop. Right ear cup is locked on a solid white light, and all reset buttons (+/- & pairing slider) are completely paralyzed. Wakes up after hours, pairs, then crashes again within an hour. Fix? 🛑🎧

⭕️ According to the establishment code, government employees are entitled to concessional loans for housing, vehicles, and distress needs.

⭕️ For loans under these schemes, 4% should be borne by the employee, and the rest is covered by the government. This has been the practice for decades.

⭕️ Institutions like the CBSL, State Banks, and even the privately-run SLT, among others, offer such lucrative loan schemes, going above and beyond the usual amounts, that the public would be shocked to know the details. Essentially, employees of these institutions can obtain multiple loans at concessionary rates, starting from as low as 2% interest, with the remainder of the interest being subsidized by the government.

states he directed the CEB management to implement a mechanism to recover the loan and interest amounts from the beneficiaries of the loans.

⭕️ This is a non-starter, given that it represents a clear violation of Article 12 (Right to Equality) of the Sri Lankan constitution, considering that employees of other state-run enterprises and departments enjoy similar benefits.

⭕️ It's a well-established fact that the CEB is a poorly run-monopoly that needs restructuring. If the Minister believes that the CEB-specific performance-based bonuses and incentives received by CEB employees should be halted due to low performance, he has every right & authority to do so.

⭕️ In a broader context, the government also needs to consider that these perks government employees receive, here and there, maybe the only thing keeping good employees from leaving the service, especially when considering the dismal pay compared to opportunities available outside.

My S21 Plus got a pink line after the latest update, without any physical damage. Later, it became two. Yesterday I got a green line also. Waiting for the rest of the colours of the rainbow. Great job, Samsung 👍

I have informed this to the Samsung officials in Sir Lanka and got no response from them. I sincerely believed Samsung would give some kind of effort to retain their loyal customers. Seems like that they don't even care.

My Samsung S21 plus suddenly got a pink line on the screen, today. My mobile was used with extreme care and it wasn't damaged or dropped.

This is my 5th Galaxy S series product (s3, s5, s7 edge, s9 plus and s21 plus) and I haven't used any Apple product to date. And I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of Samsung products, especially my s21 plus with this defective display while having a flat screen.
