@Bijlify charger #c000000305-2, I initiated charging for INR 1185. Stopped it as car shown error. Consumed 7.8 kw as per the app and vehicle app. Refund was not done of balance amount. Your Helpdesk says he doesn’t have required access. Registered no 9742048001. Kindly fix it.

@tata_neu from last 2 Tata neu hdfc credit card cycles, Tata neu points are not crediting against the points mentioned on the statement. Called hdfc bank, they said to contact Tata neu team. There is no contact to reach Tata neu. App help is automated, no human. No help.

@Bijlify I am a resident at Assetz Marq. I see you are the vendor for EV charges? Why are your charges so high compared to Rebolt. I see Rebolt charges only Rs 11.8 per kWh inclusive of taxes in a neighbouring society but you charge Rs 14.99 + convenience fee .
