【Honest Feedback on Grok Imagine】I was using SuperGrok for illustration and creative work, but the image & video generation limits have become noticeably stricter recently. It feels like a downgrade, so I switched to Lite… but Lite is also too restrictive.There are two main issues:If you're tightening limits, please notify users in advance.
The caps suddenly decreased, and it's hard to see remaining generations. No notification for paying users is disappointing for a service like this.
Lending the entire Colossus 1 (220k+ GPUs) to Anthropic while saying “we can't keep up with demand” feels contradictory.
I understand user growth is exploding, but I hope xAI prioritizes stabilizing the experience for existing paid users before allocating resources to other companies.

I know xAI is rapidly building Colossus 2 and beyond, and I support the infrastructure expansion.
But as a creator, I really want Grok Imagine to return to a state where “I can use it properly when I want to create.”Please improve transparency on limits and prioritize users

Guide on how to deal with Grok’s generation limits

Today I spent hours digging through Reddit, and the entire platform is flooded with angry comments aimed at xAI

Then I came across a really interesting post where the author gave users these recommendations:

1. Cancel your subscription: If you’re paying for X Premium or xAI, cancel it immediately and stop giving them your money

2. Leave 1-star reviews: Go to the Play Store and App Store, leave negative reviews about the strict limits, and mark positive reviews as “Not Helpful”

3. Stop giving them your data: Go to X Settings → Privacy & Safety → Grok and disable the option that allows them to use your posts to train their AI

4. Switch to a competitor: Move to a better AI like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini that actually lets you finish your work

5. Stop supporting them: Unfollow the official xAI and Grok accounts so they lose followers and engagement

6. Request a refund: Apply for a refund through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, because changing usage limits after purchase may violate consumer protection laws

The author also encouraged people to stop just complaining on social media and actually take action

I smiled after reading these recommendations, because in reality even things like this often don’t help :(

@grok super ユーザーですが、いよいよ一日の動画生成数が１０個（480p、モデレート込）に😭しかもしかも回復に１日半。grokにチャットで聞いたら、ユーザーの急増の対応中で２、３日で修復云々言っていたけど、既に一週間過ぎてるし。こんなんに月５千円はもう払えないよ。super　やめますわ😓

Super Grokの現状について参考になればと。

5月8日に課金
↓
5月12日頃まで :
延長とアップスケールを含め1日100〜150回の動画生成が可能。上限に達しても大体12時間くらいで回復
↓
5月14日頃から :
急に上限が厳しくなる。体感で動画生成が60〜80回くらいで上限に。(アナウンス無し)
↓
5月16日現在 :
上限は相変わらず60〜80回くらい。12時間経っても回復せず。24時間待機になったっぽい(アナウンス無し)

月額4,500円でこれはどうなん？『ほぼ上限なし』を謳っておいて、いきなり制限。それについてのアナウンスも無い。ほんと酷い。

Super Grokへのアップグレードを検討している人はとりあえず待った方が良いかと。

What is going on with Grok Imagine? Why am I rate limited? I am a PAYING Grok Super user. All I was able to generate today was 9 images and 1 six second video before being rate limited. That is far to low and unacceptable for someone who is a paying user, it is barely above a free user. I have been dealing with this for days. Please fix whatever is causing these ridiculously low rate limits. @elonmusk @xai @imagine

@grok ここ数日で、動画生成数の制限が厳しくなった。体感として、先週までは、モデレート込で一日５０個だったのが、今は同じくモデレート込で２０個くらい。いきなり半減😓しかも回復も、前は半日程度だったのが、今は丸一日超えても回復しないときもある😓ほかのユーザーさんはどうなんだろ？
