मैं एक जनरल कैटेगरी का छात्र हूँ। आपकी सरकार से एक सीधा, कड़वा और दर्द भरा सवाल पूछने आया हूँ।

आरक्षण के नाम पर मेरी जिंदगी के 4-5 साल पूरी तरह बर्बाद कर दिए गए। जो टॉप कॉलेज मुझे अपनी रैंक और मार्क्स पर पहली ही कोशिश में मिल जाना चाहिए था, उसके लिए मुझे दो-दो साल अतिरिक्त मेहनत करनी पड़ी। डबल मार्क्स लाने पड़े। रात-रात भर पढ़ाई, नींद छोड़ना, खुद को तोड़ना… सिर्फ इसलिए कि मेरे पास “जाति का सर्टिफिकेट” नहीं था।

कितने पैनिक अटैक झेले, कितना डिप्रेशन सहा… ये सिर्फ मैं ही जानता हूँ। और मैं अकेला नहीं हूँ। हर साल करोड़ों जनरल कैटेगरी के बच्चे यही जहन्नुम झेल रहे हैं। आधे मार्क्स वाले, उनसे 10 गुना अमीर बच्चे उनकी सीट छीन ले जाते हैं… सिर्फ आरक्षण के नाम पर।

ये “सामाजिक न्याय” नहीं है मोदी जी।

ये खुली नाइंसाफी है।

ये मेहनतकशों का कत्ल है।

ये मेरिट का कत्ल है।

आप “सबका साथ, सबका विकास” का नारा देते हैं। लेकिन असल में जनरल कैटेगरी के बच्चों का साथ कौन दे रहा है? उनकी जिंदगी कौन बचा रहा है? जब आरक्षण की वजह से मेहनत करने वाले बाहर हो रहे हैं और कम मेहनत वाले अंदर घुस रहे हैं, तो देश कैसे आगे बढ़ेगा? विश्वगुरु कैसे बनेगा?

क्या आपके मंत्री, आपके सांसद, आपके अधिकारी ये सब नहीं देख रहे? या जानबूझकर आँखें मूंद रखी हैं क्योंकि वोटबैंक की राजनीति ज्यादा जरूरी है?

मैं आपसे नहीं, बल्कि इस व्यवस्था से थक चुका हूँ।
लेकिन आप प्रधानमंत्री हैं। आपके हाथ में ताकत है।
अगर सच में देश को मजबूत बनाना है, तो आरक्षण की इस अन्यायपूर्ण व्यवस्था पर लगाम लगाइए। मेरिट को वापस लाइए। वरना ये देश सिर्फ नारों में विश्वगुरु बनेगा, हकीकत में नहीं।

इंतजार कर रहा हूँ…

किसी जवाब का, या फिर उसी पुरानी चुप्पी का।

SC list had 607 castes, today it has ~1200
ST list had 241 tribes, today it has 744

So where these castes are coming from?

If even after 70+ yrs, not a single caste has been uplifted via reservation, that itself shows "Reservation is a failed policy".

Auto driver Rajesh Kumar - My kid is a brilliant student. He scored well in Science, he scored well in Maths but scored less in English. Now he wants admission to a science college. For the last 15 days, I haven't taken a single passenger in this auto. I use this auto to go from one college to another to get him admission. But they are not ready to give him a science seat. They are saying he will get Commerce because he has no reservation.

Every college I go to asks 'Are you SC?' Arre sir, I am an auto driver. Isn't this enough? I can't afford to make my kid study in a private college where the fees are 1.5 lakh. If he studies Science, he will contribute to the betterment of this country. If he doesn't, he will live his whole life in pain and his entire generation will suffer. I'm going to jantar mantar. PM Modi will have to listen my voice."

None of them knew the answer.

ठीक 15 साल पहले, जब...

कपिल सिबल देश के शिक्षा मंत्री थे और विनीत जोशी सीबीएसई के चेयरमैन. तब ऑल इंडिया इंजीनियरिंग परीक्षा सीबीएसई लेती थी. परीक्षा के दिन सूरज निकलने से पहले प्रश्न पत्र कानपुर और लखनऊ में खुले बाजार में 6-6 लाख रुपए में बिकने लगे.

ले लो, ले लो!

देश भर में स्टूडेंट्स परीक्षा देने के लिए बैठ चुके थे. मायावती जी की पुलिस चौकस थी. उसने पकड़ लिया. दिल्ली में सिबल और सीबीएसई को फैक्स से वह पेपर भेजा गया. लेकिन किसी पर कार्रवाई नहीं हुई. नए पेपर भेजकर दोबारा परीक्षा करा दी गई. बात आई-गई हो गई.

ऐसी ढील के कारण समस्या गंभीर होती चली गई.

अब कई पेपर लीक करता है तो न सिर्फ गिरफ्तार होता है, बल्कि जमानत भी नहीं होती. अब पीएम और शिक्षा मंत्री खुद एक्शन लेते हैं. जनता भी पहले से ज्यादा जागरूक है. अफसरों के तबादले होते हैं. फास्ट ट्रेक कोर्ट गठित होता है. नए कानून बनाने पर विचार होता है.

इतना सा फर्क है.

2011 में किसी ने पूछा भी नहीं कि कोई इस्तीफा होगा या नहीं, जांच रिपोर्ट कहां है. अब तो सोशल मीडिया का दौर है. जिस बात का जितना हल्ला होना है, होगा. और ये देश के लिए अच्छा ही है कि जनता अलर्ट है और सरकार बात सुनती है.
