I am trying to build my own personal AI agent.

It is a Claude Code session on a Mac Mini at home, and I talk to it via Telegram.

So far it:

- Works on my side projects: code, deploys, and Codex reviews its code before anything goes live
- Sorts my email and sets reminders
- Gives me a morning brief on the HomePod when I say good morning
- Tracks my Domino's order and announces updates on the HomePod
- Runs the robot vacuum when I leave the house
- Checks the kitchen camera and nags me about the dishes
- Watches for concerts of bands I like
- Prints achievement stickers on my label printer
- Prints recovery keys on paper instead of sending them in chat
- Lets me call an ElevenLabs voice agent for a quick meeting about my tasks
- And a few more

Next:

- Calls my old desk phone when something's important
- Grocery shopping on its own
- Tracking my finances
- Tracking my workouts

I am a bit biased towards Sofia events, so I haven’t tried attending one. That could be a mistake on my part though.

@tgospodi Yes, the social element is one of the downsides. Especially on vacations and family occasions. I just got used to the weird looks I am getting when I tell people I would just have water, while at a dinner on the seaside or abroad 😁 Wish you luck 👌
