@gpork@trefalger1@Kammereer PCs were also super expensive back then, people weren't buying them exclusively for gaming. There were also a bunch of stores that sold pirated copies of the game.
@hiddenreplies12 Well, it's one license. It used to be way worse, you couldn't play anything when someone was using your library without kicking them out. We used to bypass this by linking our Steam accounts to OnLive and play the games there, we could play multiplayer together with 1 license.
@h1gh0ctane@Dexerto Damn bro, your country is the only one that's having this problem. Weird how European restaurants can survive without tips, but the ones in the land of free can't.
@Willowisp420@NoContextHumans Bro... look at what he did when he finally got the opportunity ๐ญ. Do you want him to name the next one DreamWorks or some shit?
@BerceusesSky@gravelalter This doesn't explain the washed out colors in Portable and Portable Remastered, you'd think that they'd fiddle with the art for these releases if what you said was true, but they didn't.
@SamLesante2@fjalladrengur@Howlingmutant0 He used to do live action adaptations of games, really shitty ones, except Postal. The OG larp director that never played the games he was adapting, if you told me he wrote the script for the Halo series, I'd 100% believe you.
