Leading personal excellence in North East India through youth & community interventions that build confidence, soft skills & wellbeing | 1L+ trained since 2003
Today we come together in solemnity and solidarity, as we remember those we’ve lost, and hold hope for those who continue to fight unseen battles every day. In remembrance. In hope.

For 23 years, the heart of Avenues has been our trainers & coaches - quietly shaping beginnings, steadying the sail & carrying hope into every classroom.
This #TeachersDay, we honour the hands that built our legacy & those who carry it forward. ❤️

In moments that test them most, #teachers always choose patience. And that changes everything.
To all teachers across our beautiful #Meghalaya and beloved country #India, thank you for always keeping your students first.

This #InternationalYouthDay, we’re reminded that change starts right where we are.
From daily mindful choices to community action, young people in Meghalaya are powering the #SDGs — protecting forests, keeping rivers clean, preserving traditions & creating a thriving future.
From checking our vitals to caring for our minds, from eye screenings to doctor consultations — 8th August 2025 saw our first wellbeing camp at Avenues. Thanks to our nurses & counsellors on the team for this beautiful initiative.

The grit of our youth has seen them come a long way - having bigger dreams, forging new paths, and innovating solutions. They are our today, and they will take us to the future. Thank you Ma'am @nsitharaman for seeing them as they are. #avenuesinspires#avenuesmeghalaya
School Programmes for Articulation, Resilience and Kindness (SPARK), an initiative of the Department of Education, Government of Meghalaya, under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, is empowering students with essential life skills. The SPARK programme, initiated in 2024, nurtures self-belief, communication skills, emotional well-being and critical thinking through STEM-based activities, positively impacting over 5,143 students, including 73% girls, with 86% demonstrating enhanced confidence.
On 28th March 2025, the first SPARK Summit was held in Tura, Meghalaya, in commemoration of the successful completion of the programme's pilot year of training interventions.
This initiative resonates with the vision of #NEP2020 in promoting holistic development and equipping students with skills beyond academics.
