@airindia @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia @RamMNK This is to bring to your notice that on 25th May we boarded from Bkk to Del. Flight took off from BKK and landed back to Bkk after 4 hours. Were made to wait at the bkk airport for hours before sending back to India

@airindia But if it given for the missed route and flight also i have to do for the same route then what is the purpose of this voucher if it cant be used? I need answer to this.

@airindia But the compensation shared is of no use to me coz for the route which got missed and you gave voucher. You airline does not run any direct flights on that route.What is then the purpose of that voucher? Reconsider this. Speak with your higher officials or backend team and revert

Its been 15 days. No resolution from @airindia .All i hear is that i can use this voucher only on air india flights but there are no air india flights for this route. What is the use of this voucher then? I humbly request @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia @RamMNK to look into this matter.

When i used that voucher to book my flight for the same route, it did not apply and i got to know that no direct air india flights run on this route hence this voucher cannot be applied.
