@BestBuySupport is this how you treat loyal customers for years? I didn't cancel my tech support but somehow it's canceled and I can't get it back apparently. I had thousands of dollars worth of electronics covered and now nothing. And I received bad customer service! Smh

@CAPublicHealth the process for amending a birth certificate is ridiculous. I have been trying to get a bc amended for 3 years and everything it takes at least 3-4 months for a response just to be told papers are missing. This has happened 4 or 5 times
