Everyone wonders why Ashutosh Ranka & Saurav Das bail was denied. Here is the EXCLUSIVE order copy details:

1/ Court: Sh. Ritu Raj, SEM New Delhi, PS Mandir Marg. Kalandra No. 07A, U/S 126/170 BNSS. State Vs Ashutosh Ranka & Saurav Das.

2/ Police (SI Mohit Bhati, PS Parliament Street) sought 5 days extension of judicial custody. Said both are CJP members who mobilized public to assemble at Jantar Mantar - which is DE-NOTIFIED as protest site.

3/ Bombshell: Court finds they had executed peace bonds on 11.10.2026 before SEM South-West, gave undertaking to follow law - then IMMEDIATELY breached it and again called for protest at Jantar Mantar / Connaught Place via social media.

4/ Defence said: no calls after 10.10.2026, they went individually, will not repeat, co-founder Abhishek Dipke was released so release them too.

Court rejected: "deliberately breached their Bonds... conduct not above board; shows no respect for law and habitualness in calling protest at de-notified areas."

5/ Surety drama: Both sureties REJECTED as unfit.
Teerath: photo mismatch with Aadhar, no other ID, vague answers
Mannu Raj Anand: couldn't tell parentage, address of Saurav Das
Court: they have "no control over the respondents"

6/ FINAL ORDER: Both remanded to judicial custody till 21.10.2026, 2 PM. Directed to furnish fresh sureties. Given 2 days to file written reply.

This is why bail failed.
