the quality of a student-leader is really exposed by whom they credit victories to---themselves or the student body.
kung inaangkin mo ang kolektibong pagkapanalo ng sangkaestudyantehan, you are hijacking the cause.

NSMO education is not something that came out of thin air. It's not something that people just thought of isolated from the experiences of the students
Like any other mass line, it came from a decades-long struggle.
Idealist ba ang Nationalist, Scientific, and Mass-Oriented education?
No. Lumad schools have proven that they are possible.

@kamiokamilo@Squideeboi the point is that the education system FORCES students to "participate." Even if they don't agree with that their institutions do
If we call every student who disagrees with the values and practices of their own school a hypocrite, then we're calling the following hypocrites:
- those who protest against tuition fee increases
- those who denounce unfair policies
- basically everyone that speaks out
@kamiokamilo@Squideeboi systems that directly contradict your principles? does this mean na lahat ng applicants ng mga universities ay active participants ng ginagawa ng univ nila? Should all students who find themselves in contradiction with the values or practices of their univs just drop out?
Students have historically contested their place in the university by occupying it. The likes of Lean Alejandro and Edgar Jopson have at many times disagreed with the way their universities were being run.
But did that make them hypocrites? No. It made them revolutionary.
The repressive nature of our universities should rightfully be called out.
Essentially, what we're setting up by parroting narratives of "edi dapat di ka nag apply" to those who are critical is a place where our democratic rights are stifled.
people on this app will literally choose to bootlick repressive institutions and pick on minors than recognize that we're all victims of the education system
