4- Upon immediately visiting the Turkish Airlines office and inquiring about ticket refunds and changes, we were informed that refunds were not possible. However, we were advised that we could file a complaint regarding the issue.

3- As all flights later that night were fully booked, numerous passengers found themselves stranded at the airport. Video recordings related to this incident are available both in our possession and on airport security cameras.
