@JoeBangles11 I wake at 3am. I like to think it’s a physiological throw-back to Medieval two-sleep practices. People woke to read, sort the fire or have sexy times before 2nd sleep.
But no, I just got into a habit of taking new meds at this time & it stuck.

Later eg Romans just heated milk with vinegar or other acid to make a cottage cheese. Straining off leaves curd which is further dried, placed in molds etc
