On Wednesday, Avery Adcock homered and led the Christian County High School softball team to its 20th straight district title.

Tonight, Adcock is the valedictorian during the CCHS graduation ceremony. She continues a long tradition of athletic *and* academic excellence in that program.

I had quite the night tonight! 20th STRAIGHT District Championship for CCHS softball, hit my 3rd bomb of the tournament, add to my single season walk record which was broken the other day all after giving a speech and getting recognized as valedictorian at baccalaureate! Yay me!
