@AirCanada 5 days later and no response from you about our missing bags. Air Canada needs to be shut down. @Delta got us our luggage back! Thank you so much to everyone at Delta airlines, they’ve been so helpful.
@AirCanada Day 4 with no response from Air Canada and no tracing info for our luggage. WHERE ARE OUR BAGS. I don’t know how you people sleep at night with the way you treat your passengers. Are we expected to wait indefinitely without our belongings?!
@AirCanada THIS IS NOT AN ANSWER. If you had the time to message me and ask me to stop making claims, then check on the status of our bags. I can say with 100% certainty that no one is “resting assured” that Air Canada is fixing anything.
@AirCanada Still refusing to answer us about our lost luggage. There is no tracking info available and you can’t even call their phone line, it’s too busy and you don’t have the option to wait on hold.
Update: Landed in Calgary, talked to baggage claim, while the rude Atlanta AC agents insisted our bags were offloaded and waiting for us on the carousel for our new flight, they were never actually scanned/offloaded until 8:30pm (we asked @ 4:15pm). INCOMPETENT @AirCanada
Checked into hotel for $378 for 4 hours of sleep
Flew morning of June 20 to Calgary
Have to rent a car to drive home to Edmonton, AC won’t pay for that either 4/5 @AirCanada
Had to leave bags and run through security
Desk agent in Toronto wouldn’t give us a hotel voucher/food voucher, “you flew delta not AC”, AC booked that flight for us as they had none
Went down to baggage claim to file, 2 agents working, 25 customers in line. 3/5 @AirCanada
Gate agent would not rebook us, gave us 1-800 #
Spent 4 hours trying to rebook
Had luggage “off loaded” from a plane that wasn’t actually there, luggage never showed up on belt.
Huge line, 1 person working, agent wouldn’t help at all or file a claim for us 2/5 @AirCanada
