They’ve stopped payment suspensions under the TCF until the end of the year, as they were cancelling payments unlawfully.

We need a welfare and employment system that works for the people, not the providers.

I work full time, I report my hours to Workforce Australia and Centrelink, I don’t have to attend appointments as I’m doing full time work (as WA have advised me MULTIPLE times)

I’m getting kicked off for non-payment in the next week or so anyway, so it’s not that scary rn.

But I’ve had this text before when I’ve needed the payment and it has ALWAYS been provider error, their misattribution of job search or a plain mistake from them.

A text message like that scary every time for people who need the payment to live.

@T2SydneyTrains I’ve been told there are trains only minutes away for the last hour, the buses are completely full to the point I can’t get on…
I understand there are unavoidable delays due to this accident but it’s just frustrating to see trains go right past without stopping

@T5SydneyTrains @T2SydneyTrains Someone who was waiting at Guildford came onto the train to tell us after a station announcement was made, the train itself only got an announcement after everyone had alighted.
Luckily not too much of a disruption for me, hope the train’s okay!

we were given no notice and no announcement until people came into the train to tell us it was terminating 💀
