@nsandihelp Thank you for the alternative telephone number. Eventually got through and all sorted. Very helpful customer service. Thank you.

[Mary Avery @averyvazon]

@nsandihelp I cannot log in to my account and no one is answering the phone (been trying for 2 weeks). I keep being informed I’ve used the maximum of 7 devices … I’ve only ever used 1 and nothing has changed. Please help !

[Mary Avery @averyvazon]

@nsandihelp Saying you are very busy and may take 30 mins - is this a freephone line??

[Mary Avery @averyvazon]

@nsandihelp OK will do - thank you.

[Mary Avery @averyvazon]

@nsandihelp Then we tried the international line (I’m in Channel Islands) and it answered and said you were very busy and put me in a queue I hung on for 45 mins tonight and no answer - same thing for past week.

[David Piesing @DavidPiesing63]

I have been asked on behalf of Rick Lowe’s family to invite Rick’s many friends on here to come and pay your respects and raise a glass or two in Rick’s memory at Les Rocquettes Hotel, Tuesday 24th Nov from 3pm to 7pm. No mourning attire please.

[Mary Avery @averyvazon]

RIP Rick - your bravery and zest for life will remain an inspiration for me. Sleep well big man. xxx

[Mary Avery @averyvazon]

@ricklowe08 Good to see you Rick - hopefully you'll soon be home having some good home cooking!

#nursing. a complex skill set. A respectable, valuable profession. A national & global shortage of nurses. When a commodity is in short supply it’s value increases. Pay nurses what they are worth to ensure there are enough of us in future. @Govgg @SouthEastRCN @GuernseyRCN

[Mary Avery @averyvazon]

@ricklowe08 Life is bloney cruel sometimes - Reg and I are here if you need anything at anytime. Big hug xxx
