My patient on high flow nasal cannula at max delivery plus a non-rebreather (essentially on 200% oxygen) doesn't believe she has covid & is more afraid of getting a bed sore.

Only $9k? Wow. At one point mine was $1800 a MONTH! Roughly $23k that year. Thankful for good health insurance now (that I pay a fortune for). And no, the “$25 Walmart insulin will do” is not valid because ITS NOT THE SAME. this system is JACKED.

In every other country, the same brand and amount of insulin is priced under $800, and in most countries is free to diabetics.
