@IndiGo6E This is not the first time this happened. This was the case during last week of Jan as well (check your X DMs. I had communicated here, they didn't revert until days later). And it seems this is an everyday occurrence.

1. Neither vehicle has rearview mirrors. Guess they both believe in looking ahead in life.
2. Bike rider wants escape on edge of right/fast lane, or perhaps a turn/u-turn. Edged, and gone!

1. Your technicians do a fix and don't bother coming back when issue recurs
2. Your technicians ignore customer requests saying they are occupied or on training. /1

@oiclinsurance your approval process for TPA for my father is overdue by 1+ hours. He is being released from hospital today and the TPA desk at BM Birla Kolkata closes in the next 25 minutes. My brother and I have been calling every 10 mins with no update. Can you expedite ASAP?!
