@SamaHoole The only reason I drink almond milk (Australia), is because I have Hashimoto’s and my immune system doesn’t like milk. I used to drink full cream organic with my coffee. Tried goats milk but it’s gross 🤢.. I do froth the almond milk most of the time.

If it’s too hot and you’re outside for longer, just wear white cotton long sleeve and a hat. That’s it.. you can apply coconut oil or cocoa butter
