@EvanAKilgore The burden of proof is on the state. If 11 jurors voted to not convict then the state failed to prove its case. That's our system. Those babies deserve real justice, not Patrick said so justice. A real open minded investigation where ever it leads. Then a trial, not a witch hunt.
