@TMobile Six months ago, your representative pushed me for an upgrade on a phone I was fine with. They set me up with a new phone saying I’ll receive a $300 credit in 24 months bill credits and another $300 for my trade-in.

Six months later:

* $0 trade-in credit.
* $0 promotional credits.
* I’m paying full price for my phone.

I contacted customer service and escalated the issue to a supervisor. The response was simply, “Sorry.” Agent promo wasn’t approved... What a scam

Customers should not have to pay for mistakes made by T-Mobile employees. If your representatives make claims, your company should stand behind them.

I’ve been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 15 years and 6 lines on my account. Unfortunately all lines will be moving to another carrier this month.

Maybe it’s time to spend a little less on advertising to attract new customers, and a little more on taking care of the loyal customers who built your business.

Is this really how T-Mobile treats its long-time customers? Shameful and scammy.

@TMobileHelp I already been on the phone with a supervisor for two hours and basically was told sorry not sorry, there is nothing they can do. They did tell me to FAX my concerns. In 2026 a tech company tell you to FAX... You already know exactly where this ends at.
