Traditional social platforms becoming more algorithmic isn’t a bad thing - it actually creates more opportunities for discovery through content that connects. Which is then the funnel into community.
Like many, I’ve been blown away by the insane shift happening in software.
I’ve gone down the rabbit hole and built some pretty complex apps that would’ve cost me time and money.
The whole game has changed.
And most people haven’t realized it yet.
Only restriction is time.
Tried the Vision Pro yesterday.
Really impressed with how well the cursor moves with your eyes but overall didn’t feel like it was much different than the Oculus.
Don’t see myself using it for more than 30 min / using it instead of other tech (laptop, TV etc.)

@RuncieDan I hear you! Although I do think there's some truth to the fact that songwriters don't really have control of the marketing/promotion of the song, while artists and their teams do. So paying writers instead of artists, to me, makes more sense.
when I began my career in music, I made a sheet where I would manually input songs and who wrote/produced them.
i then moved it to Airtable to link data and begin to visualize collabs.
this taught me a lot about the industry and ultimately became the basis for @DotsCredits
