@amazonIN why am I not getting an option to cancel my order. It has option to return when the product is not even delivered and has improper tracking details. Even I cannot see any option to contact the customer care. Please help.

After 16 years of loyal banking with @ICICIBank, I requested a simple switch of my ₹2L credit limit to a new card. Shockingly, they downgraded me to ₹50K — completely useless for my needs.
So I cancelled all ICICI cards.
