Majority asks 3 month rent as deposit (1 month to deduct as painting+1 month if you hav broken then as cover+1 month for last month rent if u flew)

Every day I see ad in my society of deposit of 1L-1.5L for 37-45k rent.

I am also on rent, my owner took 1.5L deposit for 3bhk of 42k rent+ maintenance

2. Normally owners deduct 1 month rent from deposit against painting charges unless you break and have not repaired. This 1 month is standard in Bengaluru as when owners give flat then they do painting.. thats not case in NCR

Today, 6 girls and 4 adults were stuck in an Amrapali Golf Homes lift for over 30 minutes. No trained security for emergencies, waiting for a lift man. This is happening frequently, while the Ad-hoc association is only focused on collecting money. Something needs to change!
