Ordered from Kalewa restaurant. They didn't pick up my call and when I tried to communicate with them via the delivery partner, they just hung up the phone stating that they cannot communicate in bengali, despite being in west bengal.

Today a bus of route 211 route, with numberplate WB19E6440, was asking extra fare. The conductor was demanding 15 rs for a 10 rs route. He was also abusive. When he was asked to produce the rate chart, it was found that there is no rate chart.

@Olacabs I don't have any Ola postpaid balance which is to be paid but yet I am getting communications for the same and I am unable to book any ola for this since the last 5 weeks.
I am also getting calls and the persons are not at all attentive to my concerns and they just cut.
