How do we know tag is correct or not. We are not shared tag no at the time of delivery.

Its been more month still problem is not resolved. Very pathetic after sale service of fire boltt. Replying the same message repeatedly that device is having physical damage. Instead device is intact and having no damage. Replace the device

Raised incident 2671275 that device is not physically damaged and it is intact. Service team is deliberately saying device is physically damage and not covered under warranty. Requested to change the device instead of refurbish.

@flyspicejet PNR P7FUFY was a direct booking from Bangalore to Goa. Now you ask me to take a reroute flight via Pune (how ridiculous) and that too 10 hours before schedule on a working day. Your reschedule links are broken and not working. Need an ASAP closure on this.
