After Effects is great… until you open someone else’s project file 😅

Messy panels. Missing files. Multiple versions everywhere.
At Cashfree Payments, this kept slowing us down during collaboration.
So I built a small tool to fix it.
It cleans up projects, organizes structure, and makes files actually usable.
Now part of my daily workflow.

You’ve already created the perfect easing in after effects
Reusing it? That’s the hard part.
After Effects doesn’t give you the exact cubic bezier
so you end up guessing in the graph editor.
Close… but never exact.
That’s why I built Ease Tools in Keyflux.

Iteration in AE gets messy fast.

Duplicate precomp → still linked
So you rebuild everything.
Wastes time.
If you’ve used Figma, you know how this should work:

opened the timeline again… instantly regretted it.
Messy layers, no structure, hard to navigate.

One of the most frustrating things in After Effects:
You duplicate a precomp…
and both versions stay linked.
So any change affects everything.
Not ideal.
That’s why I added “Detach Precomp” in Keyflux.
