This is the reality of almost every toll plaza operated by @NHAI_Official.
One lane is permanently reserved for so-called VIP movement, reducing capacity for paying commuters. Yet toll charges are collected as if all lanes are fully operational and available to the public!
This is insane! The 2nd Toll Plaza in the Dehradun Express Way towards Delhi had huge traffic jam and the line of vehicles was creating chaos at the toll but the men at toll did not opened the 2 lines and were not at all listening to anyone. Then at the toll gate one of them said it is for VIPs. I mean this is so stupid. Why nobody look towards common public? The men were ready to fight on the toll plaza. @NHAI_Official Kindly look into this matter as this must be daily thing during weekends. This is wasting time, money & energy.

1.Raise SR 000033Z87N for JioFiber.
2.Technician never arrives.
3.Mark SR as "On Hold" by falsely blaming the customer.
This is a repeat of my previous experience.
