As a consequence of the ongoing SIR exercise, has your name been deleted from the voter list?

You would think that would be fairy easy to figure it out.

You would be very wrong.

You would have to log on CEO Karnataka website, then find the Google drive link to your district, then go to your assembly folder. And then from a list if numbered PDFs of each booth, try and locate the PDF for your booth. Open the PDF and try and locate your name in it.

To make all our lives easier, I created this site to search much more intuitively using using your name or voter ID. Do share your feedback.

The ECI seems to be intent on making voters lives living hell.

You thought your name appeared in the revised list so you are safe?

WRONG.

You could have been issued a notice seeking clarification. And you might not have gotten it also. You don’t submit the requisite documents and show up for the hearing. You my friend lose your right to vote.

I built https://t.co/52uGCcnX7b to help it make easy to figure it out all in one place. The site now includes the over 44 lakhs voters with notices.

@NabilSayyad7 @AroonDeep Nope. MH has about 9 crore voter in the nearly one lakh revised voter lists. OCRing it is pretty expensive and time consuming. So gave up on building it. :(
