The speed of Jio Fiber installation appears to be much slower than the internet speed you advertise. Uninstallation was done without delay, but installation has been left hanging with no updates and no accountability.

Please let me know if I should expect service or continue collecting excuses.

The hell with you. The Tatkal booking system on IRCTC is completely broken.
Within seconds of opening, tickets vanish, payments fail, and genuine users are left helpless.
Are real passengers even getting tickets, or is the system being gamed by bots and agents?

@RelianceDigital @BadeBrian This is clear mis-selling. Purchased a fridge in clearance sale where dent was already present but not disclosed & hidden due to store lighting. Issue was identified at the time of installation itself. Store is now refusing any support citing clearance sale. This is unfair trade practice. Resolve immediately
