निजी शिक्षा र स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्रमा लगाइएको ३% समता कर अहिले भने बमोजिम नै कार्यान्वयन गर्दा आममानिसले थप खर्च र निराशा भोग्नु पर्ने देखियो यसैले माननीय अर्थमन्त्री स्वर्णिम वाग्लेसँगको परामर्शपछि हालका लागि शिक्षा समता शुल्क र स्वास्थ्य समता शुल्क लागू नगर्ने निर्णय गरिएको छ । 

यो सरकार जनताको विश्वास र अपेक्षाबाट बनेको जनमुखी सरकार हो । हाम्रो मुख्य उद्देश्य सुशासन कायम गर्दै सबै नागरिकलाई गुणस्तरीय जीवनको अनुभूति गराउनु हो ।
३% समता कर ल्याउनुको उद्देश्य दुर्गम र पछाडि परेका क्षेत्रका नागरिकलाई राम्रो शिक्षा र स्वास्थ्य सेवा उपलब्ध गराउनु, दलित, सिमान्तकृत तथा विपन्न बालबालिकालाई सहयोग गर्नु, स्वास्थ्य बीमा विस्तार गर्नु र त्यसका लागि आवश्यक आर्थिक स्रोत जुटाउनु थियो । साथै, करको दायरा विस्तार गरेर अर्थतन्त्रलाई अझ व्यवस्थित बनाउने लक्ष्य पनि थियो ।

तर नागरिक तहमा समता देखिएको समता करप्रतिको प्रतिक्रियाले सरकारको गम्भीर ध्यानाकर्षण गरेको छ । नागरिकको माग सुन्दै अगाडि बढ्न तथा समतामूलक समाज निर्माण गर्न हाम्रो प्रतिबद्धता अटल र स्पष्ट छ । सरकारका सबै निर्णय नागरिकको हितलाई केन्द्रमा राखेर गरिएका छन् र गरिने छन् । कुनै निर्णयप्रति नागरिक असन्तुष्ट भएमा त्यसलाई सुधार्न र परिमार्जन गर्न सरकार सधैं तयार रहनेछ ।

विपन्न र गरिब नागरिकले गुणस्तरीय शिक्षा र स्वास्थ्य सेवा पाउन सकून् भन्ने उद्देश्यले निजी अस्पतालमा १०% बेड र निजी क्याम्पस तथा विश्वविद्यालयमा १०% सिट पारदर्शी र न्यायोचित रूपमा उपलब्ध गराउने नीति कार्यान्वयन गर्न सरकार प्रतिबद्ध छ ।

Apple was finally forced to raise prices on Mac, and now they're once again terrible value over an equivalent Windows PC.

MacBook Neo now starts at $699 without Touch ID, which is same price as the incredible Dell XPS 13 that's far more equipped at this price.

MacBook Air 13-inch now starts at $1,299, which is $150 more than the Surface Laptop 13-inch with 16GB RAM.

MacBook Pro now starts at $1,999(!!) which is a whopping $400 more expensive than the new Surface Laptop 8. Insane price hikes across the board.

Ouch. Microsoft just raised prices of all its Surface PCs by a A LOT. The Surface Pro 12-inch, which launched last year at $799, now starts at $1,049 for the same config.

Surface Laptop 7 and Pro 11, which launched in 2024 for $999, now starts at $1,499. Even the midrange Surface Laptop 13-inch, which many said is the closest thing Microsoft has to a MacBook Neo competitor, is now $1,199, which is $100 more expensive than a MacBook Air M5 and $200 more than the flagship Laptop 7 was in 2024.

Of course, this is all due to the current RAM/component crisis. But man, this is tough to swallow. And this pricing is likely a good indication as to what the next-gen devices will cost, too. https://t.co/U7VmgHC9Ee

@yusuf_i_mehdi It feels unnecessary to rename every app and service with “Copilot.” We loved the simplicity of “Office,” but now it’s “Microsoft 365 Copilot.” The old names carried more clarity and familiarity. Copilot’s features are great, but they should be added within the product..
