@aajtak They will review for next 3-4 year's.. execution will take another 15 year's.. by the time thing's are implemented on ground.. we will start planning for another 30 year's.. bcoz by then we will by 20 year's late.. it's a cycle.. all govt follows.. nothing changes on ground

For yrs residents of RGresidency were demanding to end the burden of adv qtrly CAM. This was discussed & aprvd by majority in the GBM enabling CAM charges to be deducted on a daily basis in automated way. This system will facilitate residents to pay CAM as per their convenience

@CeoNoida @noida_authority RG Residency Sector 120.. more than 500 flat's registry is pending.. as per builder matter is with noida authority.. when we met noida authority group housing team they said it is to be approved in board.. 5 month's gone, every time we get same reply.

We also aprchd authority. it's a mess next to RG Residency and authority park. Vendors throwing garbage.making entire area unhygienic. illegal Vendors occupying entire roads.resulting in traffic jams. ppl are drinking.making it law and order issue @CeoNoida @noida_authority

Yes.. it is high time for authorities. People come forward and do volunteers job.. to ensure local system works.. not to take pain of FIR.. if this happens who will come forward.. in my society bcoz of false cases and autocratic approach of authorities nobody wants to join AOA
