@TeamYouTube Please contact me directly, it’s unacceptable that an app like @YouTube, owned by @Google doesn’t have a customer service team that can assist customers with issues. I’ve gone through all of the help center and haven’t found a resolution to my issue. It’s extremely frustrating.

@TeamYouTube I already checked all the support options, did not find what I was looking for, someone on my family plan travels a lot and got a message saying that it will be paused for him and he won’t be able to access any of the premium benefits.
