@JagexSupport I don't know how else to put but. None of this will work because they literally changed the recovery email... I have nothing I can do on my end to try and recover. Everything you've told me to try and do I've tried! The account was fully stolen and now being botted on.

@JagexSupport I have tried this... They took the account they put an authenticator on it and changed the recovery email on me. It is used to bot on I have a feeling. I have proof it was originally my account from setting up and changing passwords. I just want the acc back.

@JagexSupport Already tried that. Does not work they changed the recovery email for the account. They did that and put an authenticator on it. I have emails still from when I created the account, and changed the password of the account from prior moments of owning it.

@JagexSupport So I was playing today all I did was play. Chopped magics at the WC guild, did a quest that's it for a few hours. I all of a sudden got booted, I got hacked. Bank cleared, I have a pin and authy... my internet is secure, care to explain? Anything to be done?

@JagexHelpSamo @JagexSupport From my home desktop, and a laptop, I fill everything out on that page as it asks, passwords, dates, ISP, etc all correct. Still denied.
