Foxtons will overvalue your home by 25% to get you to sign a 6m contract stopping you changing agent, which you'll want to when you realise they lied to get your business.

You'll then be forced into a public reduction as buyers disregard your listing.

@foxtons do not listen to their tenants at all, even for general health and safety. It’s disrespectful that their advertising campaign is London’s number 1 real estate agency, honesty I don’t think there could actually be a worst agency in the world.

@foxtons #Norbury branch - either the driver of your company carry it is a #BlueBadge holder who didn’t display, or doesn’t have 1 & doesn’t care about disabled people who may need close parking to the shop.
