We NEED dynamic pipelines/improved recruiting, coach control + progression for entire staff, stadium rebuilds (smaller schools can grow), more dynasty emersion with coordinator-to-HC growth (i.e., recruiting only offense when I am an OC and visa versa for DC).

All this "add halftime show", "heisman ceremony", etc. is just visual boredom that gets old quickly and ends up becoming another skip point.
