@GodrejExpert Disappointed with the quality of a Rich Crème Hair Colour packet purchased recently. Upon opening the sealed packet, the cream inside was brown instead of the normal green. Expiry Aug 2027, Request replacement. Kindly assist. Photos available via DM

The new service engineer who came identified the issue and fixed it successfully. While the previous guy dampened all my hopes of going for Jio, the second engineer restored it back. Thank you!

@JioCare internet service down since 24 hours. Service engineer did not turn up at the scheduled time. Customer care keeps asking to wait! Is this your formula of solutions to the issues?

@JioCare Ok, but currently there's no action plan visible? When the router will be replaced, why, what cost? No information transparency at all. How is it that this issue pops up the moment I recharged? Now 7 days of money will go waste. Need better support asap, please!

@JioCare I've shared the details. Better would be to send different service engineer because this one who came belonged to parallel universe where engineering doesn't exist
