#britishairways Why are the staff on security in Terminal 5 at Heathrow so rude, abrupt and snappy? I was embarrassed this morning at the way they spoke to travellers many of whom had already been through security at their start of their journeys. Manners and a smile cost nothing

Can this possibly be right. My friend has just been to Specsavers for new glasses and has been asked to pay £79 for lenses (okay) and £39 to have the lenses put into the frames (definitely not ok)!
