WASHINGTON, D.C. — The victim killed in yesterday’s fatal pedestrian crash in Northwest D.C. has been identified as Marckell Williams, a talented photographer and former contributor with The Washington Informer.
Williams was reportedly en route to photograph a church-related event when he was struck and killed while legally crossing the street at the intersection of 16th Street and L Street NW, according to court records and information shared with KillmoeNews.
