it’s been 3 weeks since I’ve received a faulty monitor. the team has been stating they have initiated a return and sent me a tracking link but no sign of pickup. Can you please arrange for a pickup and refund.

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy @pizzahut Hi @SwiggyCares , it's not about the refund, the snapshot shows the refund is made. What the issue is .. was this done by Swiggy delivery agent or pizzahut staff. Though the delivery agent was rude when talked to. I want to hear what was investigation and what was found.

I checked pizza hut and found they are now selling hot chocolate. I ordered it and after 40 mins the delivery agent handed me the order and sped up fast. when I opened. It was half empty and had flies and roaches in it. 🤢 please investigate this end to end.

what’s with the calls on flexi pay offers after statement amount is paid any issues with your credit card team?

Since 2 months I’m getting calls after paying the statement it makes sense if it isn’t paid.
