Every time you have to call @BMO customer service. The minimum wait time is 2 hours. Either you have to activate Apple Pay or Dispute an unrecognized transaction on your Credit Card. Worst of all banks I've used so far.

I think I made mistake moving my Business and Personal accounts to @BMO. Min 2+ hours wait time on call even if you connect at sharp 8:00. Worst online banking, nothing is automatic. You have to call every time to link new account or activate any service.
