@TPEassist Again the replacement service overcrowded leading to standing passengers and conflicts between passengers over booked seating. No staff in attendence for help. Is this modern day public transport. I dont use it frequently. Thank God.

@TPEassist What a joke. Long weekend to Newcastle for excellent #MagicWeekend spoiled by train cancellations on both journeys. Even had to stand for most of journey from Liverpool. Now our return is cancelled as we were about to board. Use public transport they said. Haha.
